Job summary

KSA Integration, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, seeks a Program Manager with military experience to join our team. The role emphasizes operational and strategic leadership, project management, and DoW policy and planning, supporting the Warrior Readiness Portfolio and related contracts.

You will report to the portfolio manager, lead multi-project execution, and engage customers weekly while mentoring staff and ensuring schedules and budgets meet DoW requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US Citizenship and active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience in DoW policy and operational planning.
• Requirements planning translating customer needs into actionable plans.
• Proven success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong oral and written communication with senior leaders.
• Customer management and relationship building emphasis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Business acumen to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a key contract with multiple projects and personnel.
• Provide support to additional contracts under the Warrior Readiness Portfolio.
• Interface with customers regularly to manage expectations and progress.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and leadership across staff.
• Support operational planning and DoW policy development for complex projects.
• Monitor contract performance, ensure timelines and budgets, advise strategy.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentor teams, foster collaboration and innovation.
