KSA Integration is seeking a Program Manager to lead contracts within the Warrior Readiness portfolio. The role requires strategic and operational leadership, with a focus on DoW policy, planning, and customer engagement.

You will report to the Warrior Readiness Portfolio Manager and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure portfolio success. The ideal candidate has DoD contract leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience with DoW policy and operational planning.
• Experience in requirements planning.
• Proven success in leading and managing teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Business acumen and ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of a key contract, overseeing multiple projects and personnel.
• Provide support to additional contracts within the Warrior Readiness Portfolio.
• Interface with customers regularly to manage expectations and provide progress updates.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and leadership.
• Support operational and requirements planning and DoW policy development.
• Monitor contract performance, ensuring timeliness and budgets.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, guiding teams and fostering collaboration.
