Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a set of integrated TBICoE projects in Silver Spring, MD. You will guide project managers and technical staff toward common goals, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Required: Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred; 10+ years in government contracting/program management; PMP certification; strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Ten years of experience managing similar government/contract programs.
• PMI PMP certification is required.
• Knowledge of federal program management and budget processes.
• Ability to coordinate multiple complex tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a collection of related projects within TBICoE.
• Guide project managers and technical staff toward program objectives.
• Manage goals, milestones, budgets, risks, and SOPs.
• Plan and respond to proposals and agreements as needed.
