Job summary

Constellation West seeks a Program Manager to oversee all contractor personnel and ensure delivery per the PWS. You will plan, execute, and evaluate projects within timelines and budgets, building and managing project teams and reporting to sponsors.

The PM serves as an advocate for the MARS Program and ensures contract terms, deliverables, and schedules are met, with oversight of contractor performance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have DoD/IC experience.
• PMP certification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate projects on predetermined timelines and budget.
• Oversee contractor personnel to ensure contract requirements are met (technical, contractual, administrative).
• Attend and conduct meetings across multiple projects and task orders.
