Bill Wilson Center is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Direct Cash Program, ensuring high‑quality service delivery. You will supervise case management staff, maintain client records in HMIS/AWARDS, and monitor program outcomes within the agency’s values.

The Program Manager oversees the planning, organization and service delivery of the Direct Cash Program. The Program Manager supervises the case management staff to ensure the delivery of high quality of service, client centered care and monitor program outcomes. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, establishing a supportive and welcoming atmosphere for all program participants homeless street youth receiving services by performing the following duties and responsibilities within the Vision, Mission and Agency Values of BWC.
