What you will be doing: The Digital Scheduling and Access Program Manager will oversee and support the EIS Cadence and MyChart teams, ensuring project success, prioritization, resource management, and data analysis. Responsibilities include leading digital scheduling projects, collaborating with stakeholders, developing relationships, monitoring progress, and reporting to leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a healthcare operations and project management background, experience with digital scheduling tools, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in portfolio, program, or project management, preferably with healthcare IT systems and Epic certification.
Education/Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Epic certifications in Cadence, MyChart, etc., preferred.
