What you will be doing: The Digital Scheduling and Access Program Manager will oversee and support the EIS Cadence and MyChart teams, ensuring project success, prioritization, resource management, and data analysis. Responsibilities include leading digital scheduling projects, collaborating with stakeholders, developing relationships, monitoring progress, and reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a healthcare operations and project management background, experience with digital scheduling tools, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee implementation of digital scheduling tools across specialties.
• Assist with design decisions and resource planning.
• Create project documentation and maintain timelines.
• Ensure successful deployment of Cadence and MyChart scheduling tools.
• Manage post-live check-ins and escalations.
• Identify risks and address pre-requirements for launching digital tools.
• Drive workflow standardization and data-driven decision-making.
• Track optimization requests and support decision-making meetings.
• Provide status updates and develop KPIs for program evaluation.
• Create management toolkits and lessons learned documentation.
• Manage risks and post-launch support for digital tools.
• Compile project closure reports.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in portfolio, program, or project management, preferably with healthcare IT systems and Epic certification.

Education/Certifications: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; Epic certifications in Cadence, MyChart, etc., preferred.
