We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and assist individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. You will build relationships with the people in the homes and communities, helping them achieve their goals. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact by partnering with your team, stakeholders, and the individuals you support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, and nurture annual plans with the individuals you support and their teams.
  • Manage both hourly and 24-hour services, ensuring individuals receive the support they need.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop your team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
  • Collaborate and communicate with guardians, case managers, and other Mains’l team members.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to teams and individuals supported.
  • Maintain high standards for service delivery.
  • Manage resources wisely and stay within budgetary guidelines.
Position Details:

Full-Time Program Manager

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Salary: $53,310 annually

Qualifications:

You must meet one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, education, or health plus one year of full-time experience providing direct care to persons with disabilities or older adults, or equivalent experience.
  • Associate degree in related field plus two years of relevant experience.
  • Diploma in related field plus three years of relevant experience.
  • 50 hours of education and training in human services and disabilities plus four years of relevant experience under supervision.
Additional Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation with insurance
  • Ability to pass a DHS background check
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred
