Job summary

SAIC is seeking a highly qualified TS/SCI Cleared Program Manager to lead the execution of a critical Task Order supporting the SOF Enterprise Digital Talent Program. The PM will drive performance, quality assurance, and personnel management across CONUS and OCONUS locations, coordinating with USSOCOM and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive SOF Enterprise knowledge, strong leadership, and experience managing diverse teams in a regulated setting with on-site work in Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of experience or Masters Degree with twelve (12) years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Three (3) years of SOF Enterprise experience across multiple SOF commands.
• Three (3) years engaging with HQ staff elements, TSOCs, and SOF Service Component HQs.
• Desired: experience managing a GSA Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) program; PMP

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, leadership, and direction for the execution of the Task Order.
• Implement quality assurance measures to meet performance metrics as outlined in the contract.
• Lead personnel placement efforts in CONUS and OCONUS locations, ensuring compliance with laws and processes.
• Collaborate with USSOCOM leaders to align with mission objectives and requirements.
• Oversee coordination of security clearances and personnel assignments for collateral and SCI requirements.
