Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager Level 1 for our Rocket Center, WV site. The role oversees cost, schedule, and technical performance across programs, leading IPTs and ensuring contractual requirements are met. On-site position with no remote option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting requirements as a lead or IPT lead.
• DoD security clearance eligibility (US Citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program objectives.
• Measure and report program performance.
• Present to customers, executives, and program stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, and schedules.
• Create, review, and finalize program Statements of Work.
