Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Business Manager to support the POTFF program, translating priorities into disciplined execution across physical, psychological, cognitive, social, family, and spiritual performance domains.

The role requires active U.S. Secret clearance eligibility; the position involves overseeing multi-project programs, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional leadership to sustain mission readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience; defense/government context preferred.
• Experience budgeting, financial oversight, resource planning, procurement, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with government/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, including planning activities and artifacts.
• Oversee and manage large multi-project programs, planning, staffing, leading, and controlling activities.
• Develop master/resource plans and required project documents; baseline and forecast LoE.
• Monitor compliance with contract requirements and Maximus policies; ensure quality and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate vendor activities, procurement, and contract documentation (SOWs, RFPs).
• Build relationships with government customers, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders.
