Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to own a portion of a growing government reference architecture portfolio. You will partner with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to keep technical, cost, and schedule baselines aligned and commitments met.

The role requires architectural fluency and execution discipline, with broad responsibility across programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive CDLR and contract deliverables, and represent program

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs.
• Active US Secret clearance.
• Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering.
• Experience with government reference architectures.
• Contract deliverable ownership with CDRLs and data item descriptions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Primary interface to a government program office and program reviews.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and resource forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programs, coordinating with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders.
• Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance baselines.
• Drive milestones, risk management, and contract deliverables.
• Represent program status to customer and manage program reviews.
• Oversee budgets, burn, and EAC/ETC forecasts.
