Redwood Strategy Group, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the DCAA FCOP Phase III initiative, focused on financial and asset management, project execution, audit readiness, and enhanced procedures and reporting across the DCAA enterprise.

You will oversee program success, manage staffing and contractual aspects, and drive improvements through analytics and automation while ensuring compliance with federal requirements and timely deliverables.

Competenze

• Experience with federal DoD or government contracts and financial management.
• Proven ability to design and implement analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior government stakeholders.

• Oversee program tasks and deliverables in line with the contract.
• Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to modernize workflows with analytics and automation.
• Lead recurring DCAA stakeholder meetings and capture minutes.
• Support development of process automation and data analytics tools for financial reporting.
• Assure deliverable quality, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Manage government-furnished equipment, inventory, and property accountability per contract.
• Prepare and submit status reports, training materials, and other deliverables on time.
• Maintain audit readiness and respond to audits as needed.
• Lead and mentor the program team to drive engagement and development.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Continuously assess operations for efficiency improvements.
• Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
