Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Vice President of Program Management to act as the cross-functional integrator across Engineering, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Service. You will own the program P&L, drive risk mitigation, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of advanced data-center projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive program or project management experience with executive leadership.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and contract governance on large programs.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams across engineering, operations, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program health from opportunity identification through completion of product commissioning.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments.
• Establish standardized processes for program execution and risk management.
• Lead and develop a high-performing program management organization.
