Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling in Illinois seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional execution of complex data center programs from opportunity through commissioning. You will coordinate Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Service to meet schedule, cost, and customer commitments while maintaining program P&L.

The role emphasizes risk management, clear communication with internal teams and customers, and strong influence without direct reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
5+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
Familiarity with program management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end program execution from opportunity to product commissioning.
Build and drive the integrated program schedule with focus on critical-path items.
Lead cross-functional program teams and drive decisions with clear ownership.
Manage change orders and monitor contract obligations and customer commitments.
Identify risks and mitigate them with stakeholders across functions.
Coordinate installation and commissioning milestones and ensure service readiness.
