Job description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in managing projects/programs.
• 3 years of experience in managing service teams in construction of projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading cross-functional projects, with the ability to manage multiple projects within provided timelines.
• Experience operating in mission-critical environments (e.g., oil, gas, aeronautical, IT).
• Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) software such as Revit and VDC technologies like laser scanning/reality capture.
• Experience with infrastructure project lifecycle including design, construction, commissioning, and handover to Operations.
• Knowledge of ISO standards for document control such as 27000 series, 9000 series, and 10244.

Compensation:

The US base salary range is $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary depends on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Specifics will be shared during the hiring process. Compensation details reflect base salary only; bonuses, equity, and benefits are additional.

Additional responsibilities:

• Establishing and ensuring compliance with document control processes.
• Managing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and automating workflows.
• Guiding junior team members on document control compliance.
• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet resource needs.
• Ensuring consistency in tools and processes across Google Data Centers.
