We are looking for a fully remote Senior Manager contractor to support our client's Program Delivery Team. This person will manage the successful onboarding and execution of technology-enabled clinical research studies and health programs for our client's customers.

In this externally-facing role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of complex clinical research projects, partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment, timely execution, and high-quality outcomes. You'll act as the connective tissue between internal teams and external partners-anticipating risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring that technical and operational details come together to meet project goals in a fast-paced, innovative start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of clinical research studies and health programs, ensuring quality, timeline, budget, and project goals are met
• Build high-trust relationships with clients, providing clear communication, project insights, and responsive support
• Translate client needs into actionable program plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, clinical, data, engineering).
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, tracking, and driving accountability to revenue and margin goals
• Identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and make informed trade-offs between competing priorities
• Maintain essential documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in a healthcare, life sciences, or technology-related discipline). Master's degree or formal project management training/certifications (eg, PMP, Lean, Agile) are a plus
• 8+ years of experience in project delivery, program operations, client success,consulting, or a related field within healthcare, pharma, or digital health
• Direct experience working in or closely with clinical research and technology-enabled, decentralized, or hybrid models.This may include delivering digital health programs, managing virtual or app-based study operations, or supporting clinical trials that integrate remote data collection and participant engagement.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from kickoff through delivery
• Skilled in client-facing roles, including cultivating strong relationships, presenting to external audiences, and providing actionable insights
• Strong understanding of budget development, tracking, and financial accountability in service delivery
• Startup company experience preferred; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience implementing or delivering web or mobile-based health technologies is a plus
