Job summary

Bitwise is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a large, multi-team data and analytics engagement for an enterprise client in the retail sector. The role is based in Cincinnati, OH, requiring a minimum of four onsite days weekly at the client office.

You will oversee 6-8 delivery teams, drive delivery quality and client satisfaction, and engage directly with data and analytics leadership to align initiatives with modernization goals, scalability, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data and analytics delivery.
• ≥4 years in senior delivery leadership or client engagement role at an IT services firm.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms and modern data architectures (Databricks, Azure, BigQuery).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead 6-8 active delivery teams. Team leads and offshore managers report directly into this role.
• Own delivery quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction, proactively managing risks before escalation.

Client Engagement

• Be present in the client's Cincinnati, OH office a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Build and maintain relationships with the client's data and analytics leadership, including director and executive-level stakeholders.

Data, Analytics and AI

• Bring structured ideas for enhancing data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI adoption aligned with client priorities around efficiency, scalability, and modernization.
• Identify opportunities to improve data pipelines, reporting, and analytics workflows to increase reliability, performance, and business usability.

Requirements Required

• 10+ years in data and analytics delivery, with at least 4 years in a senior delivery leadership or client engagement role at an IT services firm.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms preferably Databricks (or Azure/Google BigQuery), and modern data architectures, with the ability to engage in meaningful technical discussions and guide delivery teams.
