This US-based onsite role in West Palm Beach requires strong leadership, a track record of delivering complex programs, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with business, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira; exposure to Databricks, AWS, and Power BI preferred.

• Estimate, plan, and execute Data & AI initiatives including Databricks modernization and governance.

About The Role

In this role, you will serve as the on-site Program Manager for a strategic Data & AI transformation program delivered for a leading energy-sector client. Working directly with business, engineering, and finance stakeholders, you will bridge business priorities with technical delivery, helping shape initiatives across modern data platforms, AI solutions, data governance, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with a distributed engineering team to ensure business needs are translated into high-quality, actionable delivery throughout the full program lifecycle.

This is a US-based onsite (West Palm) role with an anticipated base salary range of $156,000–$180,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders, acting as the primary onsite representative for the Data & AI program
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, finance, and other business teams to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI solutions can deliver measurable value
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans for distributed engineering teams
• Manage a portfolio of parallel initiatives, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
• Partner with delivery teams to estimate, plan, and successfully execute Data & AI initiatives, including Databricks modernization, data governance, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, business workshops, sprint reviews, demonstrations, UAT activities, and adoption planning
• Communicate delivery status, business value, risks, and dependencies to client leadership and internal stakeholders
• Drive adoption of delivered solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future program growth
• Work onsite full-time in West Palm Beach, Florida, and meet all client site access and background screening requirements

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, or Technology Consulting within large enterprise environments
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation initiatives, preferably within the energy, utilities, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data governance, analytics, and AI concepts, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into structured delivery plans for engineering teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and tools such as Jira; exposure to Databricks, AWS, and Power BI is preferred
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business leaders
