Job summary
HIPER Global US is seeking an ambitious Program Manager to own key customer programs and drive end-to-end lifecycle from onboarding to production and support. - 3–5 years of professional experience in project management or related roles.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and customer-facing work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple customer programs from onboarding through NPI, production, and support.
- Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to translate requirements into actions.
- Serve as primary contact for accounts, leading progress reviews and milestones.
- Monitor milestones, anticipate risks, and drive proactive solutions to stay on track.
- Partner with NPI engineering as configurations evolve, align with customer specs.
- Prepare program health updates, margins, and leadership-facing presentations.
