Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager/COTA at Custer Care & Rehab Center in Custer, SD. This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, offering internal travel options and a $5,000.00 bonus, and pay up to $45/hr based on experience.

You’ll gain management experience without direct supervision, while you lead in the building and support the Director of Rehab with scheduling and liaison tasks. The team provides clinical mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Therapy program.
• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience in a rehab/therapy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the building and provide patient care while gaining admin experience.
• Assist with scheduling and act as liaison for the Director of Rehab.
