Job summary

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager/COTA in Custer, SD. The role is full-time, 40 hours weekly, at a nursing facility, with pay up to $45/hr based on experience and interview.

You will gain management experience without being a direct supervisor, while supporting patient care and collaborating with the rehab team. A strong clinical background and license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Therapy program.
• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice.
• As lead in the building you’ll treat patients while gaining experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
