Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager, Contract Governance and Execution, to lead strategic execution and governance of long-term supply chain commitments across a global supplier ecosystem. You will collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance and Legal to mitigate risks and secure critical component capacity.

In this role you translate executive strategy into structured roadmaps, manage portfolio commitments, and build scalable governance for proactive risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract governance, or managing commercial supply agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the end-to-end governance framework for long-term supply agreements, including a centralized repository to ensure data integrity and track agreement advancement across all lifecycle stages.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for automated agreement ingestion by verifying data accuracy and auditing clauses, while continuously scanning obligations to identify and resolve milestone gaps.
  • Coordinate legal workflows, manage escalations to unblock bottlenecks, and drive timely milestone confirmations through proactive stakeholder notification and direct partner outreach.
  • Drive supply chain visibility to identify bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and single-source dependencies, while modeling contractual risk profiles like Take-or-Pay and liability provisions.
  • Synthesize complex supply chain and financial data into executive dashboards and briefing decks to facilitate spend committee approvals and weekly leadership governance syncs.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract governance, or managing commercial supply agreements (e.g., tracking milestones, clauses, or supply commitments).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with multi-tier supply chain mapping, risk modeling, capacity planning, data center hardware/commodity procurement, and spend governance workflows.
  • Familiarity with data center machine supply chain or commodity procurement.
  • Familiarity with corporate spend governance workflows.
  • Track record of driving complex cross-functional programs, managing partner escalations, building consensus, and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Expertise in interpreting commercial agreement clauses, evaluating liability risk, and leveraging AI, SQL, or dashboarding tools to generate operational insights.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
