The Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong partnerships and aligning with organizational goals.
This Program Manager will be responsible for supervising the Nursing Home Team as well as part of the Permanent Supportive Housing Team. The nursing home team is a group of 3 licensed clinicians and 2 peers that provide behavioral health services to individuals residing in skilled nursing facilities. WellPower partners with 7 skilled nursing facilities to provide services in. Permanent Supportive Housing provides programing, high-quality housing, case management, and supportive services that promote housing retention, wellness, and community integration. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the case management team connected to the new build, Crane's landing, and a future permanent supportive housing build (Archway)
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely.
This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.
Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
