Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing support plans and development objectives.
• 2 years’ experience supervising or managing employees.
• Knowledge and understanding of related industry regulations (Chapter 6400, PA 51, HIPAA, FLSA, Service Definitions, ODP Bulletins, etc.)
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Mission, Vision and Values of AMA Support Services through action and presentation.
• Oversee all aspects of service delivery to ensure health, safety, welfare and personal development of those supported.
• Ensure services are delivered as prescribed in each individual ISP and promote community integration.
• Develop and deliver training programs to increase staff knowledge and skills.
• Audit service delivery documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
