Job summary

New Horizons Rehabilitation Inc. seeks a Community Living Program Manager to partner with the Director and other Managers in guiding the Department. The Manager will oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities to grow, develop skills, and live as independently as possible.

The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities, plus attention to detail and adaptability to changing organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Program Manager -- Community Living

New Horizons is looking for a Program Manager. The Program Manager will work closely with the Director and other Managers to lead the Department. The Program Manager will oversee Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities to grow, develop skills, and live as independently as possible.

The Program Manager will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and its employees.

• High School Diploma or GED required – some college preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
