Journey’s End Refugee Services, Inc. in Western New York seeks a Program Manager for Community Integration Services to oversee multiple refugee support programs, supervise staff, and ensure coordinated case management across healthcare navigation, nutrition resources, and social supports.

Reporting to the Director, you will implement the Preferred Communities program, supervise intake processes, mentor staff, ensure grant compliance, and collaborate with departments to foster belonging and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field; at least five years of related work.
MSW preferred, not required.
Minimum of 5 years of diverse case management experience and at least 3 years supervisory.
Experience managing state/federal grants, including reporting and budgeting.
Strong verbal and written communication in English.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Manage programs and staff delivering case management for refugees and immigrants.
Oversee intake processes, SORP implementation, and PC program coordination.
Mentor staff, supervise case conferences, and ensure compliance with funding needs.
Collaborate with finance/operations and external partners to meet goals and deadlines.
Lead scheduling, training, and cross-department communication to support clients.
