Job summary

Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) seeks a Program Manager – Community Programs in Oklahoma City. You will oversee multiple grant-funded programs, provide guidance to grantees, and ensure evidence-based interventions in tobacco prevention, physical activity, and nutrition are implemented effectively.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of grants management experience, with familiarity in fiscal operations and program development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Related to community health, public health, public administration, education, or social work preferred.
  • Three years of experience managing grants in health, nonprofit, or government settings; includes fiscal operations and program planning.

Responsibilities

  • Actively supports the agency’s commitment to preventing cancer and cardiovascular disease through grantee guidance and training.
  • Serves as primary contact for grantees and oversees grant operation and fund use.
  • Facilitates collaborations with researchers, evaluators, and grantees for evidence-based interventions.
  • Implements a grantee reporting process including periodic performance reports and results.
  • Stays current with grants management trends to inform priority populations and approaches.
