Job summary

The State of Oklahoma, via the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust, seeks a Program Manager to oversee Community Programs from Oklahoma City. You will use grant operations, research, evaluation, and program management to achieve successful outcomes, guiding grantees and stakeholders with best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with researchers and partners, grantee reporting, budget review, and strategic planning to advance tobacco prevention, physical activity, and nutrition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; related fields preferred.
  • Three years of grants or programs experience.
  • Experience in fiscal operations and financial management preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce grants management system.
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet.
  • Experience with tobacco control or public health programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Actively supports TSET's mission to prevent cancer and cardiovascular disease.
  • Serves as primary contact for grantees; provides guidance and training.
  • Collaborates with researchers, evaluators, and partners on evidence-based interventions.
  • Implements and maintains grantee reporting and outcome tracking.
  • Reviews budgets, work plans, and grant terms; ensures alignment with scope.
  • Travels up to four times per fiscal year.
