First Ascent Climbing & Fitness in Arlington Heights is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead gym programming and day-to-day operations for classes, events, camps, and fitness programs. You will collaborate with the gym and hospitality managers to deliver exceptional member experiences.

This full-time, salaried role offers a salary of $41,000 to $45,000 per year, plus a PTO package and benefits, and a free membership to all locations.

• Ability to manage multiple programs and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage programming including groups, events, adult/youth classes, Summer Camp, and fitness programs.
• Assist gym leadership with hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Foster a welcoming community atmosphere and align events with FA mission.
• Oversee facilities with staff and vendors to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
