Job summary

Skyline Foundation seeks a Program Manager, Climate Solutions to drive execution of our grantmaking in climate solutions, advancing trust-based philanthropy and equity. You will build and sustain partnerships with grantees and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement programs with impact.

You will contribute to strategy development, monitor results, and apply learning to strengthen the climate program.

Job description

The Program Manager, Climate Solutions is a dynamic, engaged contributor to the overall efforts of Skyline Foundation, focusing on the issue areas pertinent to Skyline’s climate solutions program. The Program Manager’s core responsibilities include working on the execution of Skyline Foundation’s grantmaking in climate solutions with a commitment to trust-based philanthropy, equity, and building partnerships with grantees. The Program Manager will also contribute to grantmaking strategy by participating in continuous improvement within the program, analyzing and evaluating results to strengthen the climate solutions program strategy and impact.
