Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a qualified Program Manager to provide overall contract management, coordination, performance oversight, and change leadership in support of acquisition workforce modernization and adoption initiatives.

The PM will be the primary point of contact between One Federal Solution and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for task order-related coordination, ensuring timely delivery of contract deliverables and coordinating cross-functional teams across

Qualifications

Certified change management credentials or PMP/FAI/DAWIA equivalents.
5+ years leading or supporting organizational change, modernization, or workforce transformation.
Experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments and change strategies.
Experience leading cross-functional engagement, workshops, and executive briefings.
Experience providing strategic advisory or organizational transition support.

Responsibilities

Provide change leadership and oversight of workforce modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain the Change Management Program Plan and stakeholder engagement strategy.
Serve as the primary contractor point of contact with the Government COR.
Coordinate contractor activities and resources to meet contract requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of contract deliverables per the PWS and government direction.
Lead stakeholder impact analysis and reinforcement strategy implementation.
