Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management, engineering, IT, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive program management experience for U.S. Federal Government contracts
• Experience managing multiple federal contracts simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of FAR and government contracting processes
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments
• Outstanding communication, leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and management of multiple federal government contracts
• Serve as primary point of contact for government customers and contracting officers
• Ensure contractual compliance with FAR, agency regulations, and company policies
• Manage program budgets, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance
• Develop and implement program management strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks with corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, technical staff, subcontractors
• Oversee subcontractor performance and contract compliance
• Support business development including proposals, transitions, and capture
• Prepare executive reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders
• Foster client relationships and growth opportunities within contracts
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
