Meharry Medical College seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Connecting Adults to Professions and Education (C.A.P.E.) and Rural Healthcare Access Program (R.H.A.P.). The role emphasizes accurate data management, onboarding coordination, and delivering ABE and workforce development instruction.

The Program Manager for the Connecting Adults to Professions and Education (C.A.P.E.) and Rural Healthcare Access Program (R.H.A.P.) supports the implementation and daily operations of adult education and workforce development initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate program data management, coordinating student onboarding and orientation, and delivering high-quality instruction in both Adult Basic Education (ABE) and Workforce Development Initiatives (WDI). The Program Manager plays a critical role in supporting adult learners and healthcare workforce participants by maintaining compliance with grant requirements, tracking measurable skill gains, and promoting student persistence and credential attainment.
