Job summary

McKinstry in the Southeast seeks a Program Manager to lead a team of building consultants and guide project planning and delivery across the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions.

You will oversee Facility Condition Assessments, Preventative Maintenance Planning, and various commissioning and energy management services while supporting sales teams to develop and price client solutions. Strong client communication and knowledge of construction drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering/STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly proficient in facility operations and/or HVAC systems.
• Experience presenting to clients and key-decision makers.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, specs, controls sequences).
• Proficient in communication and teamwork with internal and external stakeholders.
• Credentials in engineering or building management (PE, FMP, CFM, LEED AP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of multiple programs including FAC, PM planning, and commissioning.
• Partner with Sales to develop, price, and present solutions to clients.
• Provide technical leadership and QA/QC to improve project efficiency and quality.
