Job summary

CAMBA is looking for a Program Manager for its Brownsville In, Violence Out program in Brooklyn, NY. The role involves managing one or more programs aimed at reducing gun violence through community engagement and conflict mediation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience in human services, with preference for those familiar with the Cure Violence model. The position offers an annual salary between $70,000 and $75,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in human services or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Cure Violence work/model is preferred.
• Experience with NYC Crisis Management System is a plus.
