Meta's Applied AI Engineering (AAI Eng) program manager role sits in the Strategy and Operations group, accountable for running the AAI Labs program lifecycle across hundreds of projects and aligning with leadership to grow and scale the business.
You will define acceptance criteria, run reviews, build portfolio dashboards, and drive milestone decisions with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.
As a Program Manager for Applied AI Engineering (AAI Eng) organization, you will be a part of the team that manages the business operations across the entire org, working closely with leadership to help them grow, scale and run the business effectively. Sitting in the Strategy and Operations team, you will run the core operating system of AAI Labs.
