Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Program Manager on our Customer Experience (CX) team to orchestrate complex, cradle-to-grave programs that support veterans and military service members. You will ensure projects stay on scope and budget while aligning with mission objectives.

This role requires a current DoD TS/SCI clearance, PMP certification, and a track record of managing within classified networks, with on-site work in the Herndon, VA area and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current U.S. Government DoD TS/SCI with FSP Security Clearance
• 10 years of demonstrated experience in Technical Program and/or Project Management
• Technical Program and/or Project Management experience within critical, classified networks is required
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead cradle-to-grave delivery of large-scale programs within the CX team
• Align delivery with mission objectives for veterans and military personnel
• Drive AI-optimized delivery strategies and executive-level partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule, on-budget outcomes
