Job summary

KPI Partners is seeking a Program Manager for AI Adoption and Enablement in Fremont, CA. The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) with 13+ years experience in technology adoption and internal communications.

You will lead onboarding for AI tools, design learnings, and drive engagement across multiple business units while coordinating with engineering and leadership. You will coach across teams, build self-service resources, and publish low-code AI agents to improve productivity and scale enablement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years in technology adoption, enablement, or internal communications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to write updates for senior leaders and train non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Experience supporting a large, distributed user base with clear intake, escalation, and service level practices
• Comfort working across many teams and levels, from first-time users to senior executives

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end access process for our productivity suite of AI applications including provisioning and capacity tracking
• Design and deliver onboarding for new waves of users with live sessions and role-based learning paths
• Be the first point of contact for user questions and escalate platform problems to engineering
• Create self-service resources like guides, FAQs, videos, and prompt libraries
• Build and publish low-code AI agents in Copilot Studio to automate repetitive requests
• Own program communications and grow a network of champions across business units
• Measure adoption by business unit and report usage, coverage, and impact to senior leadership
• Maintain a standard business schedule with occasional meetings outside regular hours

Title: Program Manager, AI Adoption and Enablement

Location: Fremont, CA - Hybrid (3 Days/Week onsite)

What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end access process for our productivity suite of AI applications such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Scout, Copilot Studio, and others. Your responsibilities will include request intake, approvals, provisioning, tier upgrades, and capacity tracking against published service levels.
• Design and deliver onboarding for each new wave of users, including live sessions, office hours, and role-based learning paths built for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for user questions in our internal community, resolving everyday issues yourself and escalating genuine platform problems to the engineering team.
• Turn recurring questions into self-service resources such as guides, FAQs, short videos, and prompt libraries, so that answering something once helps everyone who asks it next.
• Build and publish low-code AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio that absorb repetitive requests and give users answers without waiting for a person.
• Own program communications and grow a network of champions across business units, so enablement reaches every site rather than depending on one central team.
• Measure adoption by business unit and report on usage, coverage, and business impact to senior leadership.
• This is a standard business schedule, with occasional early or late meetings to support colleagues in other regions.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience in technology adoption, enablement, technical training, or Internal communications
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write updates senior leaders will read and deliver training non-technical audiences will follow.
• Hands-on experience with generative Al tools such as Microsoft:365Copilot. Including the ability to coach others on how to use them well.
• Experience supporting a large. distributed user base, with a track record of clear Intake. escalation. and service level practices.
• Comfort working across many teams and levels, from first-time users to senior executives.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in building low-code agents or workflows with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or a comparable toolset
• Experience creating a champions or ambassador community for a companywide program
