Our client, a forward-thinking and innovative organization, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-impact AI implementation project. This is a fully remote contract opportunity open to candidates based in the United States.

About the Role:

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a strategic AI initiative. This includes end-to-end program oversight—from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing complex technical programs, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of the AI implementation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data science, engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Monitor project performance and drive accountability through clear milestones and reporting
• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in AI, data, or other technology-driven environments
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and implementation challenges
• Demonstrated success managing distributed, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prior experience working remotely in fast-paced, agile organizations
• Must be based in the USA and authorized to work without sponsorship

Rate: $175 - $200 ph
