Job Description

The program administrator will partner within the human resources team to deliver robust talent acquisition programs to the organization. Works independently with minimal direction on day-to-day work. Determines own methods and approaches to work; establishes work priorities and timelines for own work, as well as program teams. Stay current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practice. Relationship management skills/ability to establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify program gaps and plan for action.

Strong communication skills and consultative skills, with ability to develop close relations and establish trust with clients. Proficient with HR technologies. Demonstrate efficient time management, coordination and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resource or other business-related field with human resource coursework required. In lieu of education, leadership may consider a combination of post-secondary education and work experience.

Independent decision making and leadership qualities are desired.
