Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with AI/automation platforms such as Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform or UiPath.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Define scope, objectives, metrics, and roadmaps for programs.
• Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and automation solutions.
• Drive governance, reporting, and executive communication to secure alignment and value realization.
• Monitor performance and outcomes to ensure business value and ROI.
• Establish AI governance, security, and responsible AI usage practices.
• Support change management, including user enablement and adoption strategies.
• Continuously identify improvements to operations through AI and automation.

• Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage.
• Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.
