Job summary

Spectrum Community Services is seeking a Program Manager (Adult Foster Care) to lead a team supporting individuals with cognitive and physical challenges within the community. You will supervise and train staff, manage schedules, coordinate outings, and advocate for residents to participate fully in local life.

You will oversee group home operations, including safety standards, maintenance, budgeting, and vehicle management, while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
• 2 years of related experience required.
• Must successfully complete all required background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities.
• Supervise and train team members to provide excellent support and service.
• Manage schedules, supervise team leads, and coordinate outings.
• Advocate for individuals to have full access as community members.
• Oversee group home operations including safety, maintenance, budgeting, and vehicles.
