Spectrum Community Services seeks a Program Manager (Adult Foster Care) to lead a dedicated team serving individuals with cognitive and physical challenges. You will supervise and train staff, manage schedules, coordinate outings, and advocate for participants to ensure full community participation.

You will oversee the group home operations, safety standards, budgeting, and vehicle management while guiding team members toward quality support and compliant practices.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
• 2 years of related experience required.
• Successful completion of all required background clearances.

Mansioni

• Lead a group of Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities.
• Manage schedules and supervise team leads.
• Coordinate outings and activities for participants.
• Advocate for individuals to participate as full community members.
• Oversee group home operations, maintenance, safety, budgeting, and staff issues.
