Job summary

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to join our team at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. You will analyze and improve business practices, coordinate with dispersed support leads, and keep government leadership informed of functional activities.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, an active Secret Clearance, and a Master’s degree (or 6 years of relevant experience).

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or 6 years of relevant work experience.
• DoD experience preferred.
• Experience managing a federal contract with disbursed staff across 20 locations and 75+ employees.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships in a federal contracting environment.
• Experience handling HR challenges including interviewing, hiring, and managing a large, disbursed staff.

• Experience managing federal contract with disbursed staff over 75 employees and over 20 locations
• Experience developing and maintaining successful customer relationships in a federal contracting environment
• Experience with creating and sustaining a positive, highly motivated workforce
• Experience handling Human Resource challenges to include interviewing, hiring, and managing a large, disbursed staff
