Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC, a federal contractor, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the CG-C5I-OTIS contract at USCG Headquarters in Norfolk, VA.

You will drive contract execution, supervise personnel, manage the budget, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements while delivering results in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Program Management experience supporting DoD contracts.
• Strong personnel management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of program financial management and government contract compliance.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for overall contract execution.
• Manage and supervise personnel, including hiring, performance management, and professional development.
• Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.

• Participate in status meetings, program reviews, and executive briefings.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify program risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

GVI, a proud subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a trusted federal government contractor, is seeking an experienced, highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee a contract in support of the U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Information Operational Technology Integrated Systems (CG-C5I-OTIS) at USCG Headquarters.
