Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Platform Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives spanning front-end and back-end platforms for Adobe.com. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Web teams to drive complex programs from planning through execution, improving web platform quality and the customer experience.

The role requires strong Agile PM experience and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across enterprise-scale web projects.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of Program or Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience managing large enterprise web platform initiatives.
• Strong Agile project management experience.
• Technical understanding of modern web technologies and web content management systems.
• Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and Wiki tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Strong risk management, planning, and dependency management experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• The Platform Program Manager is responsible for leading technical initiatives that span both front-end and back-end platforms supporting Adobe.com. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Web teams to drive complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution while improving the overall web platform and customer experience.
