Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Platform Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical initiatives spanning front-end and back-end platforms for Adobe.com. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Web teams to drive complex programs from planning through execution, improving web platform quality and the customer experience.

The role requires strong Agile PM experience and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across enterprise-scale web projects.

Qualifications

6 to 9 years of Program or Technical Project Management experience.
Experience managing large enterprise web platform initiatives.
Strong Agile project management experience.
Technical understanding of modern web technologies and web content management systems.
Experience coordinating Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and Wiki tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
Strong risk management, planning, and dependency management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of Adobe.com platform initiatives.
Manage cross-functional technical programs from initiation through delivery.
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to develop and maintain product roadmaps.
Drive Agile program execution with minimal supervision.
Manage project scope, schedules, risks, and issue resolution.
Coordinate adoption and rollout plans for new platform capabilities.
Facilitate operational, project, stakeholder, and executive meetings.
Deliver clear program status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Support resource planning and release planning activities.
Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at a high level of quality.
