Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Program Manager to design and deliver AI infrastructure initiatives that empower OCI's AI and GPU platforms. You will align with multiple teams including Deployment, AI Operations, SRE, and Data Center Operations to manage complex programs at global scale.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and rigorous reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of combined experience in project management, data analysis and direct business experience in a specialized function.
  • Experience building and managing reporting tools (scorecards, KPI metrics) to drive program insights.
  • Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics for a holistic view.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams.

  • Leads defining scope, roadmaps, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status communication for owned programs.
  • Aligns with stakeholders to secure sponsorship and ensure successful program execution.
  • Provides transparency of progress with regular senior management status reporting.
  • Establishes scalable end-to-end program frameworks and applies PM standards and documentation best practices.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and advises program leadership.
  • Fosters cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and consistent stakeholder communication.

The AI Infrastructure Design and Engineering team is responsible for designing, engineering, coordinating, and delivering the infrastructure that powers Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's rapidly expanding AI and GPU portfolio. The organization partners closely with Deployment, AI Operations, Automation, Physical Networking, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Data Center Operations, Observability, Finance, Business Operations, hardware and software vendors, and senior leadership to deliver highly complex infrastructure programs at global scale.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years combined experience with project management, data analysis and direct business experience within a specialized function.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. PMP / Scrum Master certification.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
  • Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support Programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
  • Expert level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
  • Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

  • Assists in establishing scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end program and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides recommendations to Program team leadership.
  • Fosters cross-functional teamwork and promotes collaboration, coordination, and consistent communication among stakeholders.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $64,400 - $166,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following:

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
