Job summary

Oracle in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned strategist who can drive Rhythm of the Business activities, align cross-functional teams, and move large initiatives forward in a fast-moving, AI-focused environment.

You will build partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders, navigate ambiguity, and execute programs from strategy to delivery, influencing stakeholders across Oracle to achieve the north star.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years’ experience developing and implementing strategy, then executing against, large cross cutting programs.
• You display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
• You possess a technology background that enables you to understand the complexities of cloud architecture.
• You possess and exemplify maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
• You can work well with senior leaders within all of Oracle (from engineering to business) to drive results for core business initiatives.
• You work well in ambiguity, can work with your team to dive into a problem and create a solution.
• Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
• Familiarity and knowledge of AI workloads and Software stack.
• Experience in a customer facing role in a tech company. Experience with AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) customers is a big plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 - $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
