Job Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers the world's most demanding workloads, helping organizations innovate with secure, high-performance cloud services. As OCI continues its rapid growth, we're investing in operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and scalable business processes that enable our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and accelerate innovation.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Program Manager to help drive strategic business initiatives that support OCI's continued growth. This role will partner across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership to coordinate high-impact programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities.

As a Senior Business Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs that support OCI's strategic priorities, including expanding the adoption of AI-enabled business capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and driving initiatives that strengthen OCI's networking and storage businesses.

You will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while providing leadership with the visibility and insights needed to make informed decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving operational processes, and leading programs that have broad organizational impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define program scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, governance models, and success metrics.
  • Partner with business, engineering, product, finance, and operations teams to coordinate execution across multiple organizations.
  • Drive program governance through regular business reviews, executive status updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting that provide visibility into program health and business outcomes.
  • Identify dependencies, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep programs on track.
  • Establish scalable program management processes, documentation standards, and operational best practices.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by coordinating communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and executive reviews to drive alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Analyze business performance and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships across teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase operational efficiency and improve program execution.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related business discipline.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build consensus across organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and program reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or comparable program management certification.
  • Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change management.
  • Experience establishing governance models, business processes, and scalable program management frameworks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, dashboards, and data analysis.
